Annie and Jack have been awesome! They found me a suitable tenant very quickly, and they are both extremely professional, efficient and personable, and made the whole renting out process run very smoothly. When one is either on the phone or with clients the other takes over with a seamless transition. They explained everything clearly and immediately followed through with documentation, updates and organising the necessary contractors. Nothing was too much trouble, and I truly couldn't have asked for more! They are a great team, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else.

We’re currently in the process of moving into our new home and the service from Bridgefords has been excellent so far. A special thank you to Rheanna, who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Mercedes was the letting agent I dealt with. She was amazing. She definitely went the extra mile to give me the best service. My needs were complicated, but she worked with me to overcome any obstacles.

Sold my house through Bridgefords. Bethany was very good at dealing with our very difficult sale. Lewis was always very helpful whenever I spoke to him. Other staff members I found very frustrating. Would ask them for information and then never hear from them. The estate agent I bought by my house through was always contacting me for updates because they said Bridgefords didn’t reply to her emails. I raised this with the manager and never got a response.

I’ve never dealt with a worse estate agent. Moving from Cornwall to York, I trusted them not to take advantage of me, given that I couldn’t see the property in person before renting it. What I was greeted by was scarcely believable, as you can see from the photos. They routinely ignored me when I asked to have things fixed, and lied to me when I asked them to contact the landlord, stating they had contacted them when they hadn’t. Use Ashtons instead. They were exemplary when I used them instead. My old landlord has even left Bridgfords to take his business to Ashtons as well. Pathetic, shameless company. Avoid.

As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
