We had a great experience purchasing our home through this estate agent. Lorraine, Emma and Cheryl are an amazing team who dealt with our house sale in a professional but friendly manner. They were honest, helpful and friendly too which is important at a time which can be potentially stressful. We’d highly recommend Gascoigne Halman if you’re selling a house.

Honestly can not speak highly enough of G&H, but especially Regan, to say she is the best in the business isn't going far enough, if theres an issue it comes with a solution, communication is prompt and timely, if I could give more than 5 stars I genuinely would, thanks for all your help!

I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did!
Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

We recently sold our house through this team and are now using them again to purchase our new home. The service has been outstanding from start to finish.
Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support.
Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage.
