Our experience with Gascoigne Halman was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly towards the end of our tenancy.<br><br>Communication became increasingly difficult and, despite our efforts to resolve matters reasonably, the situation ultimately escalated to the point where we had to involve solicitors and also escalate to a formal deposit dispute with the DPS. We are pleased that the DPS subsequently awarded us our entire deposit back, bringing a lengthy and stressful process to a close.<br><br>We appreciate that tenancy matters can become complicated and that there are two sides to every dispute. However, we feel this could have been handled far more clearly and professionally.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would be hesitant to use Gascoigne Halman again and would urge both prospective tenants and landlords to carefully consider their experiences with the company and to keep thorough records of all correspondence and agreements.

The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Viewings were done very professionally and friendly. They were always ready to answer queries and the chain was kept up to date. Communications were top class. Exchange and completion needed lots of chasing and patience and Steph worked so hard to arrange it. Highly recommend this team.
