Gascoigne Halman Lettings in Knutsford have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Beth and Amy in particular provided an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
They were both incredibly efficient, responsive and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, which made everything straightforward and stress free. Any queries were handled quickly and thoroughly, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Wouldn't trust them to market the 'Big issue'. Valued and instructed December. Papers immediately signed. Middle February still waiting for photos and advert. But receptionist never heard of my house. Thanks for delaying my sale Gascoigne.

This agency has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process for renting a house. They are excellent with documentation, and after I signed the contract, they assisted me with registering for council tax, water, and electricity. A special thanks to my consultant, Charlotte – she was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier.

Tresa was an informed and really professional.
Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion.
Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates.
