Our experience with Gascoigne Halman was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly towards the end of our tenancy.<br><br>Communication became increasingly difficult and, despite our efforts to resolve matters reasonably, the situation ultimately escalated to the point where we had to involve solicitors and also escalate to a formal deposit dispute with the DPS. We are pleased that the DPS subsequently awarded us our entire deposit back, bringing a lengthy and stressful process to a close.<br><br>We appreciate that tenancy matters can become complicated and that there are two sides to every dispute. However, we feel this could have been handled far more clearly and professionally.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would be hesitant to use Gascoigne Halman again and would urge both prospective tenants and landlords to carefully consider their experiences with the company and to keep thorough records of all correspondence and agreements.

We have recently sold and purchased through Gascoigne Halman, Poynton. The whole team have been fantastic from start to finish. From the amazing photos and marketing of our property to negotiating the sale and securing our new property for us, everyone has given amazing service. We really felt they understood all of our requirements and acted extremely professionally but with sympathy for how emotional the process can be!

I recently viewed a property with my mum who is currently in a wheelchair. We were looking downsize and found a property perfect for our situation. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Would highly recommend this agent for their excellent service, friendly and welcoming approach and knowledgable. We have found our perfect home with their help and are so happy, thank you so much

Tresa was an informed and really professional.
Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion.
Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates.
Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
