Gascoigne Halman Lettings in Knutsford have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Beth and Amy in particular provided an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
They were both incredibly efficient, responsive and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, which made everything straightforward and stress free. Any queries were handled quickly and thoroughly, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Wouldn't trust them to market the 'Big issue'. Valued and instructed December. Papers immediately signed. Middle February still waiting for photos and advert. But receptionist never heard of my house. Thanks for delaying my sale Gascoigne.

They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

We chose Gascoigne Halman in Sale to sell our house and found them to be very professional and efficient. They conducted the viewings and gave us feedback after each one. They also kept us informed of what was happening once we'd accepted an offer and matters were in the hands of solicitors. All of the staff we had contact with were lovely too - the branch manager Lewis and his team (Julie, Annie, Hannah, Joe and James) were all friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We would definitely recommend Gascoigne Halman to anyone selling their property in Sale!

We used Gascoigne Halman Cheadle for the sale of our home. Mortgage broker Hayley was very helpful, went above and beyond for us.
