All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. It's made the stress of moving house, that bit easier!

They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

Julie at Gascoigne Halman was fantastic throughout our house purchase. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially with a long chain involved, but Julie was proactive, supportive, and always kept things moving.
Her communication, persistence, and coordination made a huge difference and genuinely helped get the purchase over the line. The wider team were also professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

Great service from genuinely kind and responsive people.<br><br>Gascoigne Halman were the estate agents for the property I was buying, and they were excellent to deal with throughout the process. They did a fantastic job of keeping both the seller and me informed, helping communication between both sides and fostering a really positive relationship throughout the transaction.<br><br>I would happily recommend them.
