All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. It's made the stress of moving house, that bit easier!

Recently completed on a sale with Richard and his team. From initial contact through to the Sale communication was excellent. They helped us navigate this stressful process and were incredibly supportive when our rubbish Conveyancer became uncommunicative. Lots of relevant advice too. Charlie supported us with the purchase of our new property. We found Charlie to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and sometimes kept us sane with the stress of moving!!!! We didnt sell through Gascoigne Halman, however I would certainly recommend.

James and the team at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow did an outstanding job selling our home. It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.<br><br>A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none.<br><br>I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. A brilliant sale and best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with.
