Very bad experience with Mart & Co.
The flat looked renovated at first, but it was actually very old with many problems. There was serious mould and water damage on the walls, which made living there very uncomfortable. When we reported the mould, we were told it was our responsibility, even though it was clearly a problem with the property.
There was also an ongoing electricity issue. The person who came to check it told us this was an old problem with the property and that it might never be fully fixed. Despite this, we had to live with it for 8 months.
Whenever we reported problems, we were often blamed instead of being helped. At the end of the tenancy they also started pointing out small issues and blaming us for them.
Overall, this was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend renting through Mart & Co.

Very rude staff spoke to David he is the so called director About renting my apartment
he asked how they can arrange viewings i replied by saying that I will be able to provide access however David wanted to be given a key instead
he then told me that’s bit strange will you be hiding in corner of the rooms whilst we are showing the applicant around I have never heard such a response like this absolutely shocking how they are still in business
