Outstanding service from start to finish, from Matins & co / Ellies and our landlady have been incredibly prompt, helpful, and considerate throughout my time here. Communication is seamless, and any issues are always resolved quickly. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a agency and landlady.

We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

We had a great experience with the Martin & Co Sheffield team.
I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised.
We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process.
Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.

I strongly recommend Martin and Co for any prospective tenants in the area. We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard.

I cannot recommend Martin & Co highly enough . They managed my rental property for a number of years & consistently went above & beyond with service , advice & managing problems . I then sold the property through them & had same great experience . I would highly recommend them for both management & selling
