Outstanding service from start to finish, from Matins & co / Ellies and our landlady have been incredibly prompt, helpful, and considerate throughout my time here. Communication is seamless, and any issues are always resolved quickly. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a agency and landlady.

We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

Just phoned these people up enquiring about a property first advertised on Rightmove 6 days ago - what a joke! "oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

My girlfriend requested remote viewing because we live very far away and am moving to Worcester. She works for the NHS as a nurse yet they refused her a remote viewing because they want to see:<br>- how you dress<br>- how you talk<br>- how you act<br>- how you look<br>It's 2026 and they're judging whether a nurse is fit to live in Worcester by how they look. This is how they treat nurses even after COVID. I personally can't believe how superficially judgemental this process is its baseless and discrimination. Martin & Co clearly dont want to help a busy nurse find a new home.
