I was using a previous letting agent but in the changeover have been very pleased with Martin and Co. Ella, Adam & Diane have been particularly helpful in negotiating fair rent and getting any repairs done that needed doing. I have found them very good at what they do.<br><br>Once again Ella and her team been very professional, this time in the smooth running transition between tenancies. If Ella was not available then other members were more than able to assist with queries. I had compliments from the tenants moving out as to what had contributed to an enjoyable tenancy for which Martin & Co must take some of the credit in how they responded to the tenants issues taking the stress out of potentially stressful situations. I would highly recommend Martin @ Co as letting agents.

I would like to share my positive experience of dealing with Hefina of Martin and Co. My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. My husband and I would like to give our deepest thanks for the efforts of Peter Newitt. He did an amazing job of matching us with the perfect rental property. He is very perceptive at matching landlords with tenants. Through Peter keeping who we are and what we were hoping for in mind he found us our dream place after just one previous viewing. By this point we'd had viewings with various other local estate agents and we can state categorically that Peter is of a calibre that you'd hope to find but rarely do. Professional, genuine and delivers.<br>Furthermore our experience so far of the general services of the agency has been professional and congenial and we would gladly recommend.

Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co
My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.
