Me and my partner can’t thank this company enough! We have rented out a property for the very first time and it’s been a delightful experience. Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????

Jayne McSheffrey was absolutely fantastic. Very clear in the process we needed to go through, and she was very polite and a lovely person to speak with. She went out of her way to sort out a problem I had, and it was sorted out immediately with a quick response! The experience I had was excellent!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Abbie, she has been so lovely and patient helping me and my partner rent our first home together. Moving can be such a daunting process but having someone with such a friendly demeanour there every step of the way made it a lot easier and how she always kept us updated was brilliant. Thank you :)

They were my buyers agents, so selling the house a step down the chain. However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!
