The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

Jodie was very quick to attend to a difficult situation we found ourselves in at short notice. Her attentive assistance put us at ease whilst dealing with the situation out of our control. Northwood have been exceptional helping with the sale of my flat and just made me feel like the most important and well looked-after buyer ever! They went way over and above to help with complications with the previous tenants, James answered the phone to me no matter how big or small my questions and just really supported with solicitors language to keep the momentum going and help me understand exactly what was going on.
