The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

Jodie was very quick to attend to a difficult situation we found ourselves in at short notice. Her attentive assistance put us at ease whilst dealing with the situation out of our control. The girls were nothing but helpful from start to finish. With it being my first time renting I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the process but they were on hand to assist the whole way. Would highly recommend trusting these guys to find you a new home <3

Michael took over managing the property have been renting for the past 14 years last October. There had been a few issues outstanding issues however Michael has really stepped up to ensure that things are being sorted out. I have also spoken over the past few months to Gary, one of the directors, and Laura and I find everyone extremely helpful.

I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience.
After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase.
It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach.
When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end.
I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.
