Had a really good experience with Northwood. The team were friendly and easy to deal with, and everything went smoothly. Michelle was especially welcoming and very helpful throughout. The little welcome gift was a lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend.

Nicola was absolutely wonderful during her visit to inspect my property. She was very polite, professional, and considerate. I especially appreciated that she immediately checked whether anyone was asleep in the house, which showed how thoughtful and respectful she is. She carried out a thorough inspection, took the time to ask if we had any concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout her visit. Nicola is a lovely person and a credit to your team.

I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience.
After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase.
It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach.
When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end.
I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.
