I would not use any other estate agency. You get the full experience from first touch with Annie the owner for the valuation and photos and then once sold, amazing contract chasing from Abi who is outstanding. We will be selling another home in October and will certainly be using Northwood again. Great work team and thank you so much Abi for all of your hard work, updates and assistance with both viewings, feedback (when you had to cover) and contract chasing, bringing in all parties to exchange.

Very happy with the service offered by Northwood, particularly since under new management. As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.
