We cannot recommend Slater Hogg & Howison, Largs highly enough.<br>We were introduced to the Largs branch by another Slater Hogg & Howison office in Glasgow after viewing a property there. They recommended the Largs team to us, and we’re very glad they did. Initially, we simply wanted a free valuation to help us set a realistic budget. Stephen Leighton visited our home and immediately impressed us with his professionalism, friendliness and enthusiasm. He gave us an honest, knowledgeable and highly accurate valuation, and we felt completely confident in his advice.<br>Once our offer on our new home was accepted, Stephen and the whole Largs team moved incredibly quickly to accommodate our tight timescales. They arranged our Home Report, photography and marketing without delay, and having nothing to pay upfront removed a great deal of the financial pressure that often comes with moving home.<br>The marketing was first class, with excellent photographs showcasing our property beautifully. Our first viewing was arranged within hours of the property going live on Rightmove, and within just a few days we were under offer to the perfect buyers.<br>Throughout the entire process, the communication, support and follow-up from the team have been exceptional. Every aspect of putting our house on the market was a seamless experience. The property assessor (Peter) was very professional and gave a realistic but accurate assessment of what we might achieve from a sale. The office staff (Ann and Louise) were also very professional but friendly and also responsive to my questions. Overall I could not recommend this team highly enough, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.
