Shannon has been amazing, if your a first time buyer looking for mortgage would highly recommend. My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

My partner and I used their mortgage advisor service and Shannon could not have been more helpful. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.
Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??

Last week on Friday I saw a property 2 bedroom on Chaucer Street with my wife. The young estate agent was fantastic. Honest and geniune and knows her stuff we didn't know the area and her research was top notch. Now I have had a dodgy experience through estate agents referring to J. G. Northampton. It was refreshing to ask this young lady questions and she answered them with distinction. Top notch. Very happy with the service she provided.

I recently called asking for a viewing and was speaking to Josh. Very happy with his service. He was friendly, chatty and approachable.
