31st March Offered on a bungalow for mum to live in, completed on 21st May, her house valued on 20th May by William h brown Dewsbury, sold on 22nd and completes tomorrow 3rd July, it was clearly meant to be as everything could not have come together more smoothly. Used all WHB services for the sale and its completion.

I can’t thank Daniel enough for my lovely experience into getting mine and my children’s new home. From the moment of enquiry he was just brilliant, kind, personable and most importantly great at his job. Super informative and quick to respond to any queries.<br>From start to finish everything has been smooth sailing and honestly every member of the team I have interacted with have been just as good!<br>Our new home is beautiful, there were a couple of advisories that needed sorting and I have had an electrician and a window man out with in a week to get things sorted, they were also very professional.<br><br>If I could give more stars to Daniel I would, he deserves it.

Having met Claire Brown I felt confident in signing with William H Brown.
What a mistake! I decided to try the modern auction method as I had no above chain.
I filled in all necessary paperwork with the solicitor & auction house.
2 negotiators were sent round and promised me (Ryan particularly) that absolutely they could sell my house, it was beautiful and it would be a pleasure to sell it etc etc.
Within a week I went into the office as had heard nothing and asked was there anything I could do . I was told no there wasn’t. Having been informed by Ryan that January was busy initially he then retracted stating with another member of the team that this January was the worst on record.
I received 1 phone call from Ryan telling me had an interested party, hmmm don't think that was true. Said interested party obviously never materialised.
In 12 plus weeks I have not heard from any staff ! The auctioneer has been in touch on and off.
Thank goodness my time is now up and my contract terminated.
I would advise anyone thinking of signing to not waste your time as first impressions are not always the best.
I absolutely would not recommend this company. They are beyond unprofessional in every way.
Please people, there are clearly far better agents in Rushden & Higham Ferrers.

We recently had a viewing with Eleanor, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions properly and never made us feel rushed at all.
Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had with a letting agent — Eleanor is a real credit to the team. Thank you again!

We've been house hunting for some time as part of a relocation to Norfolk. Emerson handled all of our many viewings and was always patient, informative and professional throughout providing us with information on properties and also the local area. Unlike many agents (fire and forget) Emerson built a personal relationship and kept in touch through out our search which was really appreciated. Thanks for all of his help.

I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
