Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to the lettings team and exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when managing anything related to a property. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

If you are a buyer AVOID.<br><br>Got my mum to give an offer on a house as I was busy. Andrew called me back saying the offer was rejected and thanks to GDPR I can't have her act on my behalf. I said that was fine and thank you. They call my mum again to try and get her to give more money or put an offer in on a different house 5 minutes later. No mention of that house to me. They were rude to my mum, they were rude to me and the agent who showed me round the houses never got back to me on the questions I asked.

We have just moved into our new home having purchased through William H Brown at Aylsham. From start to finish, the whole team have been fantastic! Starting with Will who we first met when we visited Aylsham earlier in the year and we popped into the office to give our details. Then Emerson who showed us round the property. Finally the marvellous Miranda who kept everything moving along and was always so prompt in getting back to us. When things got a bit sticky at the end with exchange and completion, Miranda was on it and Will too!! We were so pleased with everything and would highly recommend the team at Aylsham. They are all lovely and very good at what they do!!

From our very first interaction with Kane from Lettings at William H Brown in North Walsham, the level of service we received was outstanding. Moving home can be incredibly stressful at the best of times, but we were under immense pressure to find somewhere quickly due to the unsafe levels of mould in our previous property, which we're now in the process of taking up with our soon-to-be former landlord. Kane immediately understood our situation and genuinely seemed to care about helping us.<br><br>As we weren't able to attend the initial viewing, Kane promptly sent us a video tour of the property that had already been prepared. This made a huge difference, allowing us to assess whether it was suitable without delay and giving us the confidence to move forward when time was against us.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Kane was exceptionally polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Every question we had was answered quickly, clearly and honestly. If we had any concerns he always replied promptly and kept us informed, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br><br>One moment that really stood out was just before we moved in. We had ordered heating oil and had been told by the supplier to expect delivery in around 10 days, which actually suited us perfectly as we expected to have collected the keys and be properly moved in by then. Instead, the delivery was unexpectedly brought forward to the very next day, before we'd even been able to collect the keys. This meant the oil tank was still locked and we didn't have the key to allow the driver access.<br><br>I contacted Kane straight away, but it was already around 5.40pm. As an HGV driver I was away with work, my wife doesn't drive and at that stage we neither had the keys to the property nor the landlord's contact details. There was simply nothing we could do ourselves and we genuinely thought the delivery would have to be cancelled.<br><br>Within minutes, however, Kane replied to say he'd already spoken to our landlord, who was on her way that evening to unlock the oil tank so it would be ready for the delivery the following morning. Considering the time of day, we were genuinely amazed. It was a perfect example of Kane's dedication, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and his outstanding communication throughout the entire process made what could have been an incredibly stressful move so much easier.<br><br>When we later viewed the property in person it was obvious how well he knew both the property and the process. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt listened to, supported and valued throughout.<br><br>Having experienced extremely poor communication and customer service from other local estate agents, particularly Abbotts and Sowerbys, Kane's professionalism was a breath of fresh air. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He always did exactly what he said he would do and we never once felt like we were chasing for updates.<br><br>It's also worth mentioning Kane's colleague Tom, who was equally helpful whenever Kane was unavailable or busy. Tom was polite, professional and always willing to help over the phone, making sure our questions were dealt with rather than simply leaving us waiting. It was reassuring to know that the whole lettings team was approachable and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>Kane is a real credit to William H Brown's North Walsham lettings team. His friendly manner, professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and genuine willingness to help made a difficult move so much easier. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. If you're looking for a rental property in the North Walsham area, we couldn't recommend Kane highly enough. Thank you again for everything.
