31st March Offered on a bungalow for mum to live in, completed on 21st May, her house valued on 20th May by William h brown Dewsbury, sold on 22nd and completes tomorrow 3rd July, it was clearly meant to be as everything could not have come together more smoothly. Used all WHB services for the sale and its completion.

I can’t thank Daniel enough for my lovely experience into getting mine and my children’s new home. From the moment of enquiry he was just brilliant, kind, personable and most importantly great at his job. Super informative and quick to respond to any queries.<br>From start to finish everything has been smooth sailing and honestly every member of the team I have interacted with have been just as good!<br>Our new home is beautiful, there were a couple of advisories that needed sorting and I have had an electrician and a window man out with in a week to get things sorted, they were also very professional.<br><br>If I could give more stars to Daniel I would, he deserves it.

The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.

We recieved excellent service from the team in Retford when selling our property. In particular Sarah Rhodes was fab, always available to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. We've dealt with other agents along the way and found that Sarah and the team were the best and would definately use them again in the future if we need to:)

Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

A huge thank you to Tim, Alanah and the team at the Kingsley Park office who were all incredibly professional, responsive and supportive throughout (especially with my panic emails!) I missed a call from them on Friday 12th June in which they asked about my availability for viewing a property. I called them back several times and left voicemails/enquired about the property again online and was ignored. Found out this is because they are marketing for Lomond who is a company that seems to have bought every new build in Upton and are being selective about who lives in their properties (besides using affordability as a measure, which would make sense in itself). Meaning myself and pregnant partner missed out on a chance to move into a larger house prior to the baby being born.<br>Would rate them lower if I could - would not recommend renting or buying through William H Brown/Lomond.
