From the word "go" Rachel was always available for any any questions. The viewings went without any problems and booking the viewings was straight forward and easy. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

The members of staff at Nottingham branch are wonderful. Harris and Megan made our mortgage journey easier and swiftly. We are grateful to Melissa of Bulwell branch that guided us at first. Their solicitor is top notch. We will use them over and over again.

In 12 weeks Only 1 Viewing no contact or feedback from the viewing, passed on to the Auction agent whos opening line "was well this has been an absolute disaster".
Not a good experience this was capped off after 14 weeks with a mandatory 4 weeks Notice period despite no action and after a short dialogue this was reduced to 3 weeks with no viewings and 2 lines of communication so i felt punitive action to stop me moving on to a different Agent.

I found that they were OK i think in 20 weeks I only had about 3 viewings and was generally a little disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service. From valuation to going live on the market took less than two weeks. The photos and brochure were done quickly and professionally, and once I approved it, the listing was live within 30 minutes. We had multiple offers within hours!
Everyone has been friendly, proactive, and easy to deal with. Communication has been spot on the whole way through. They’ve made the process smooth and stress-free — couldn’t have asked for more.
