31st March Offered on a bungalow for mum to live in, completed on 21st May, her house valued on 20th May by William h brown Dewsbury, sold on 22nd and completes tomorrow 3rd July, it was clearly meant to be as everything could not have come together more smoothly. Used all WHB services for the sale and its completion.

I can’t thank Daniel enough for my lovely experience into getting mine and my children’s new home. From the moment of enquiry he was just brilliant, kind, personable and most importantly great at his job. Super informative and quick to respond to any queries.<br>From start to finish everything has been smooth sailing and honestly every member of the team I have interacted with have been just as good!<br>Our new home is beautiful, there were a couple of advisories that needed sorting and I have had an electrician and a window man out with in a week to get things sorted, they were also very professional.<br><br>If I could give more stars to Daniel I would, he deserves it.

I really must comment about my experience with William H Brown's Lowestoft lettings department . All of whom have always been helpful, and courteous .<br>I have got to mention Lauren Godbold though above all of her colleagues . I have had reason to contact the office several times a week , and sometimes several times a day. I'm currently in the middle of a complex section 21 process , and Lauren has liaised with me , my solicitors, the council , the tenant and even the<br>tenant's solicitors at one point! Lauren even helped me through a tricky process of emails, photographs and days and dates while my wife and I were in Portugal ,<br>There were "time critical" tasks that Lauren carried out (which I'd only found out about while on holiday) for me so professionally, and calmly, I dont know what I would have done without her continued help in this whole process , she has been professionalism personified . I've been desperate at the beginning of a call to Lauren but by the end of it I was calm and totally reassured .<br>Thank You .

Kelsey Yeates at William H Brown was absolutely amazing throughout my rental process here in England. She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out to me, and it made me want to go through this particular letting agency. To be quite honest, she deserves a promotion!
