Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

My first time renting a property after years of home ownership. I rang every estate & letting agent in the Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth area & without a doubt, these guys were the most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team pitched in to resolve any issues.<br>Porshe was exceptional throughout, from initial viewings to contract.<br>Thankyou all & especially Porshe...great performance.

We had a great experience with Alex and would definitely recommend him.<br><br>We had already fallen in love with a property and were prepared to offer £290,000. Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it.<br><br>We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. We will definitely recommend Alex to our friends and to anyone in the Downham Market area looking for mortgage advice.<br><br>Thanks again Alex for all your help

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! ??????????<br>Our mortgage renewal was made so easy and stress-free thanks to Georgina, our mortgage advisor. She was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, she kept us updated at every stage and always took the time to answer any questions we had.<br>We felt completely looked after and confident that we were getting the best option for our circumstances. Buying a property is difficult at the best of times and I have bought a fair few. What distinguishes the process from one agent to another is professionalism, attention to detail but above all else pure grit to get things done. Cliff and Laura performed with gusto!
