From the word "go" Rachel was always available for any any questions. The viewings went without any problems and booking the viewings was straight forward and easy. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

The members of staff at Nottingham branch are wonderful. Harris and Megan made our mortgage journey easier and swiftly. We are grateful to Melissa of Bulwell branch that guided us at first. Their solicitor is top notch. We will use them over and over again.

We have had a really postive first experience of buying a home. We used Harley, the mortgage advisor based at the branch and he has been amazing, super helpful, friendly and chatty- always on hand to support with our many queries. Would definitely recommend, Hayley was also super helpful in branch.

Thanks so much to Courtney who was so professional, helpful and listened to me when I phoned to ask any question. She was always very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was any trouble at all.
I would not hesitate to recommend William H Brown to any friends and family if they were looking to use an estate agent for any house searches, buying/renting etc.

We recently bought our home through another agent but had the pleasure to meet Ryan through this encounter, as first time buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst looking for our dream home
From the very first viewing, Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.
Buying a house can be stressful, but Ryan made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. Unlike most agents, Ryan knew his stock and you can generally tell there is a compassion to not only sell us a home but to deliver for his client by answering all questions and making us feel comfortable ; he knew every little detail and you can tell he knows what he’s selling.
Often contacting me outside his work hours, He was always quick to respond with new listings and updating me on what he has coming up,
During our purchase, he helped organise a survey and put it us the right direction with getting solicitors instructed.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
What really stood out was how genuine and approachable he was, he wasn’t even involved in our sale but was more of an assistance than the agent we where purchasing through, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants the best outcome for them. His advice was always honest and helpful, and it made a huge difference during such an important decision.
If you’re buying or selling a property, I would highly recommend asking for Ryan. An absolute credit to the team and someone we’re very grateful to have had guiding us through our purchase.
