Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

I had a great experience buying my first house through WHB. There was a few unforeseen hurdles towards the end, but the WHB team were always in communication and easy to get hold of. I think I spoke to everyone at one point or another, but special thanks to Nikki for all her help & James for getting it over the line!

We have put our house on with William H Brown of Long Sutton, We are so impressed with their professionalism, how we were dealt with and made to feel thoughly confident in going with this estate agent. They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.

Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.

We had a very disappointing experience renting through this agency.<br><br>Before moving in, we were told that the apartment was ready for occupation and that many other residents had already moved into the building. However, after moving in, it became clear that we were actually one of the first residents, and many essential facilities were simply not ready.<br><br>Some of the issues we encountered included:<br><br>* No key fob was provided for building access or the car park.<br>* We were promised six months of free parking, yet the parking facilities were inaccessible.<br>* The apartment had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in. There was heavy dust throughout the property, including inside cupboards and on top of cabinets, and there were unfinished areas such as gaps in the kitchen skirting boards.<br>* There were no waste bins available we don’t know where rubbish should be disposed of.<br>* The mailboxes had not been labeled<br>* Delivery companies such as Amazon and DPD could not find the building because there was no visible building signage or clear address identification.<br>* We were unable to arrange broadband despite being told Openreach infrastructure had been installed. Every provider we contacted advised that broadband services were unavailable at this address, making it extremely difficult for those working from home.<br><br>What disappointed us the most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Based on what we were told before signing the tenancy, we reasonably expected to move into a fully operational building. Instead, we found ourselves living on what felt like an unfinished development with many basic facilities unavailable.<br><br>To make matters worse, it has now been over ten days since we first reported these issues, and neither the letting agent nor LSH have provided any meaningful response or update.<br><br>Today, I called LSH for an update and was told that they have other matters to prioritise, and that our issues would be dealt with “in the future.” This is simply not an acceptable response when tenants are unable to access basic facilities that were promised before moving in.<br><br>We felt misled throughout the letting process. Naomi assured us that the building was ready and already occupied by many residents. Our experience after moving in was completely different. We believe prospective tenants deserve honest and accurate information before making such an important commitment.

Excellent from start to finish. Several viewings within the first few days of our house being on the market with them and sold within a week! Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!
