Shannon has been amazing, if your a first time buyer looking for mortgage would highly recommend. My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

My partner and I used their mortgage advisor service and Shannon could not have been more helpful. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.
Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??

Kelsey Yeates at William H Brown was absolutely amazing throughout my rental process here in England. She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. We had a number of issues from the start. This generally involved factual errors e.g. wrong valuation stated in communication, wrong name. Whether one particular viewing happened was dubious as we had feedback from one member of the team but another said they couldn’t access the property (we had a key safe and the code was changed). We eventually moved estate agents to a smaller one who sold the property quickly. It then transpired that the buyer had seen the property through WH Brown some time ago (the potential buyer had asked for certain information that had not been obtained weeks later - having spoken to a member of staff, it was clear they were asking the wrong people for an answer - management company instead of landlord). We were then contacted to say that WH Brown would be completing the sale - this annoyed me as they had been poor thus far and I was concerned they would mess up again. The new estate agent who had sold it was happy to finish the sale though they would only receive 25% of the commission compared to the 75% for WH Brown.
