If you can choose anyone to help you through the buying process, I’d HIGHLY recommend Branislav.
From the beginning he has been attentive, informative and supportive in a multitude of ways. He explains everything A-Z which makes first time buyers, like myself and my partner, feel more in control and understand the process.
Branislav communicates well, chases third parties for you and stands in your corner. He even called us late at night when I was asking far too many questions just to put us at ease and get a move on with things. He ensures that you get good value for money on the properties you view and in general is open and honest in all areas of property purchasing.
We look forward to the rest of the journey and would thoroughly recommend Bran to anyone starting the process of getting a mortgage, or any other need - he’s more than competent, trustworthy and honest.

Excellent from start to finish. Several viewings within the first few days of our house being on the market with them and sold within a week! Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jessica and her wonderful team, Charlotte and Alia, at William H Brown in Shipley.
It had been almost 22 years since I last purchased a property, so naturally I felt quite overwhelmed at the start. However, Jessica and her team made the entire experience absolutely incredible. From day one, they were friendly, approachable, and extremely supportive.
They guided me step by step through both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home. Every time I had a question or needed reassurance, they were always available and happy to help. No matter how small the query, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the process. They also pointed me in the right direction when it came to solicitors and other important steps along the way.
