Fantastic from start to finish. House sold within a week and their recommendations of other services were also excellent from solicitors to damp surveyors. I would definitely recommend this branch, the team, particularly Sarah and Harry were extremely helpful and kept me regularly updated with the progress of the move and solicitors.

I couldn't recommend them enough. Really helpful throughout the entire process, easy to get in touch with someone to to ask about anything. Very quick with email replies but also keeping me updated on the process of the sale. My contact Helen was always friendly and professional, as was all the team. Service was a 10/10 and I would definitely go to them again.

Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

We booked an initial appointment with Your Move to get a feel for the market and to see what their feel was for our property. The guy who came was here 15 minutes, brought no information with him, didn’t know there was a property for sale just a couple of doors down from us and we still haven’t had any costings or information from them four days later. I am guessing they didn’t want to market our property and it would have been great if they had just been straightforward with us rather than waste our time!!!! We had very different experiences with other Estate Agents and have gone elsewhere. I don’t mind that they didn’t want to represent us but some common courtesy would have been nice!

What can I say about Your move Darlington, from booking a viewing at a property 3 weeks ago, to making an offer, then having Hannah come and valuate and take my property to market and selling just 1 day after going live, to Sharon and Allyson who has helped every step of the way too, it is all with the solicitors to be finalised but i know if i need them they are only a call away.
