We were really impressed with Your Move - particularly Lauren and Katy who were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. I recently sold my property through Sian and rented out another through Alex. The service I received throughout was excellent. The team were professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish, keeping us informed at every stage of the process.
Communication was always prompt and clear, and they worked hard to ensure the sale and rental progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling and renting a property can often be stressful, but their guidance and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout.

Very poor communication - no feedback received after viewings, and contact reduced to less than once a month very quickly. Property not sold, taken off the market.
