We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average.png)

23rd Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Praise for Allsopps Harpenden. I rented a central apartment for a two year period and had a great experience. The initial engagement process was smooth and transparent which was most welcome against the stresses of relocating to a new area with small children (plus immense pressure from competition to secure a property from other renters). I did have a few teething problems when I moved in but these were all dealt with swiftly and professionally using a range of local, trusted and reliable tradespeople. Allsopps were always highly responsive to any queries and issues and I was confident any matter would be dealt with in a timely and effective way. The end of tenancy was also remarkably smooth and pain free and no delay in returning my deposit. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick, Charlie and the rest of the team to any potential clients.
