15th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. 4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)This home as a whole from Domestic, Kitchen, Maintenance, Carers, Nurses, Team Leaders, Activities to Management are focusing and doing their best for their Residents and Residents Families and Friends whilst Staff are showing respect to each other and being supportive as much as they can. It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. 27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Anthony was Incredible; this is a boutique estate agent and focuses on every little detail to ensure the house is sold. From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.
28th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
25th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We had three estate agents round before deciding who to go with and Azure Residential stood out immediately. Luca clearly knows the local market inside out and his approach felt very different to the bigger agencies we met with. No hard sell, just honest advice and a clear plan. Within the first week we had multiple viewings and an offer we were really happy with. What impressed us most was the level of communication. Luca & Mike personally updated us after every viewing and guided us through the whole process right up to completion. We’ve sold previously and found the whole process quite stressful, but this time round was nothing at all like that. Would absolutely recommend.
