17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Valuation was too high and we went ahead with it thinking we will get the best value but after 8 weeks we took matters into our our hand and reduced the price by 10% . A huge drop but the property was empty and we needed to sell it . You need to do a bit if research yourself before finalising the estate agent .

Also Alison Birch the after sale team dealt with me very well too. ??????- 6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Well where can I start, bought a house through those cowboys situated in Acocks green, not professional at all, you ring they never answer the phone, when they want something from you they hunt you down, they lie about everything the property as much as they can, then when you go back to discuss an issue with them they see you coming and quickly rush outside of the office to discuss the situation on the street, not inside the building, also the sales agents dont stay to long before moving branches, so they pass the ball to someone else, the list goes on and on ,stay away from them dont do business with those Cowboys.... let down

When my boiler stopped working and when one of my taps failed they immediately sorted it. Those things are really important to me. Like really important. After six years of renting the landlord decided to sell his property. It’s only been through their support and flexibility that has enabled me to find a new home so quickly. Their staff are amazing and actually treat me like a human being and not just a tenant x

We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.

Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more.
