I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)In the last 2weeks I have dealt with 6 different estate agents within the Bromsgrove area.From my first enquiry with MECS they far exceeded my expectations and were by far the best estate agents to deal with.<br>I met Kashni at the property I wanted to view and she was professional,knowledgeable,accommodating and very helpful and friendly. All the other estate agents could learn a lot from them and the service they provide. I am very happy to recommend MECS to either sell or buy a property from.<br>Thank you to MECS estate agents and especially Kashni for your excellent customer service .

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.
