I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

27th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)In the last 2weeks I have dealt with 6 different estate agents within the Bromsgrove area.From my first enquiry with MECS they far exceeded my expectations and were by far the best estate agents to deal with.<br>I met Kashni at the property I wanted to view and she was professional,knowledgeable,accommodating and very helpful and friendly. All the other estate agents could learn a lot from them and the service they provide. I am very happy to recommend MECS to either sell or buy a property from.<br>Thank you to MECS estate agents and especially Kashni for your excellent customer service .
25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience during a tenancy takeover. Despite my tenancy starting on 19 June, I received little to no communication and had to repeatedly chase for updates by phone and email. I was only informed days later that the person handling my case was on holiday, causing significant delays.<br>Key collection arrangements were never explained, yet I was later told it was my responsibility to collect them from the outgoing tenant. I also had to request important documents, including the inventory report and deposit protection details that was only sent yesterday.<br>To make matters worse, I was charged full rent despite being unable to move into the property due to delays and miscommunication that were entirely outside of my control. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience I would say.

I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted. As Tom said ‘they didn’t reinvent the wheel they make sure the wheel works’!
4th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.
