Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. Kim

22nd May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I made a mistake of using Belhus for my property in the UK when I moved to the US. I'm 4 months in, still don't know when I'm supposed to be paid each month (there was some work I had to pay out for the first couple of months, so they cancelled out the rent). I emailed 6 weeks ago to confirm the date and amount, chased 2 times too and still haven't managed to get a response. I wish I had sold the property, because dealing with Pauline on the sale side was great - she was very, very helpful and responsive. Hopefully, i'll be back to update/delete this review in a few months time - but as of now, i'm not impressed.

15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.
1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.
17th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Elms Price and Co if you are looking to sell your home. This was a very emotional time for our family, having to deal with probate and sell our parents family home. Andrew, Dale and the team showed a tremendous amount of empathy and support. Their valuation was accurate, and there was never any pressure or hard sell. The whole process and support dealing with the solicitors and all the necessary paperwork was first class. If you are looking to buy or sell, I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and the team. First-class service all round.
27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I recently dealt with virtually every letting agent in Colchester. Ezelet were far and away the best of all of them! Excellent service throughout the process, open and transparent and they responded quickly to an initial maintenance issue. I would highly recommend them as a tenant and would happily use them again.
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I experienced extremely disappointing service from Richard and his team during our recent purchase, and the contrast with our current agent has been stark. On more than one occasion, Richard stated that he “works for the seller, not the buyer.” While I fully understand who instructs and pays the agent, such comments came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A competent agent should manage the transaction professionally for all parties and ensure the process is handled with care through to completion. We ultimately withdrew after discovering the property was of non-standard construction, something that was not disclosed to us. This oversight cost me nearly £500 in fees, not to mention wasted time and significant inconvenience. It is concerning that an agent marketing a property was unaware of such a fundamental detail. Once our offer was accepted, communication deteriorated noticeably. Calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, and when I raised this, the explanation given was that they were short staffed and someone else had been asked to respond on his behalf. This demonstrated a clear lack of ownership, accountability and professionalism. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect.
5th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

Our move was complicated by collapsing chains and erratic behaviour from some of the parties involved - I am so glad we used Rock Estates as they helped us navigate all the problems we faced Thank you

29th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
