They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

From start to finish, he has been incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with.<br>What really stood out was his help during my recent move-out process. I had a unique and somewhat complicated situation, but Brian handled it flawlessly. He went above and beyond to make the transition smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poor experience with Knight Residential. From leaving all of our lights on after an evening viewing when we weren’t home that night, to leaving goods in our shed unsecured to then struggling to negotiate even a £1,000 increase in offer from our buyers and requesting we make up the difference. Sales progression was a shocking experience, having asked them to liaise with our solicitor directly to obtain accurate updates, they completely bypassed this and liaised directly with the agent we were buying with, creating some sort of communication chain that we were completely cut out of, resulting in a completion date being agreed that we weren’t advised of and eventually being potentially forced to break chain before our purchase was ready. We moved absolute heaven and earth to exchange on the Thursday with completion the following day, with the potential of our purchase not going ahead in my third trimester of pregnancy, and didn’t receive any sort of communication about this or subsequently any of well wishes. We felt throughout the process that Knights were working in the best interest of our buyers and not their fee payers (us!). A completely awful experience that made an already stressful process beyond what you could ever expect. I would sadly not recommend Knight Residential as your selling agent.

From securing tenants quickly, arranging repairs and guiding me through the complex, ever changing regulations of the rental market.<br><br>I first came to them after experiencing issues with another letting agent and I have never looked back. Thank you to all the team for your hard work and support.<br><br>When it came to selling my property Gallant Richardson were the obvious choice and once again they were very professional, quickly securing viewings and managing those viewings for me. I had a sale agreed and a buyer onboard in no time. Again I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your property rental or sales needs.

He helped us with all of the paperwork we didn't understand and came to our rented place to go though it all and send it all off for us. This journey has been amazing for us and we couldn't of done any of it without his help. Sorted out mortgage advisor and solicitor for us aswell. I really can't thank him enough for all of his help he has give us on this new start. Many many thanks Ross you are an angel.
