30th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)My experience with Gadsby Nichols during my recent sale was extremely positive. Communication between me and the buyer was handled by Liz and Trish. They helped move the process along and kept me informed of any progress. When I was let down by a removal firm at the last minute, they stepped in quickly and were able to recommend a reliable alternative. The team were supportive without being overbearing, which helped make the whole thing far less stressful, particularly as I was in the middle of a chain. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly, and the team were knowledgeable and professional. I would be happy to recommend them to others.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.- 5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agents who I dealt with were always friendly and professional. Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We feel that the original advertising could have been better, the original photos didn't present the property as well as they could have. That being said, the market was slow at the start of the year, so its hard to separate the impact of advertising from wider market conditions. When we did start to question the advertising Andrew Downing-Booth came out to redo the photos himself, so we have no complaints about the quality or responsiveness of their customer service team. The office team are also great, they're easy to speak with and very quick at communicating between buyers and sellers.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
