However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. Both Ellie & Elton were so helpful running us through all new regulations and owner responsibilities! They have so many trades on hand to help which was useful as the house needed quite a bit of work and it didn't cost a fortune. For now we are very happy to leave the management of our house in the hands of Ellie & Elton and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property. Thank you for all your help along the way, it ended up being a lengthy process but we got there in the end!! Side note it was a lengthy process due to previous property issues ????????????
