20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)I spoke to a member of staff at your company called Rachel who was patronising and arrogant. I would not rent or buy a property from your company if that is how your employees treat people on a daily basis.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently bought a flat and also sold a house for our parents, both through Slater Hogg and Howison, Bishopbriggs. The staff there were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, always updating with a friendly phone call followed by emails. We have dealt with several Estate Agents in the past, but the staff here definitely go above and beyond. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
18th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)Tony and the team provide a solid, knowledgable service without the associated pestering you'd normally get. Not sold our house with them yet but the advice provided to get us on track has been great so far. Fair pricing.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Trust the reviews and listen to what George Reynold’s erratic responses tell you - this is how they communicate with you regarding everything tenancy-related. I won’t even be able to scratch the surface regarding all the hassle and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced in one review. Failed to meet the repair standard for very long list of issues, and rather than deal with any of them they issued notice to leave after telling me to move out if I wasn’t happy. Stayed in the property one month past the 3 month deadline (and paid for this!) and they tried to claim my whole deposit on the grounds I ‘absconded’ from the property and didn’t return keys. Saw this coming so sent them by tracked post. They continued to send me arrears emails/letters months after I moved out, despite them issuing the notice.. They don’t have a clue about the law so if you’re in desperate need of housing (I’d still stay clear) and willing to take a chance with these goons, know your rights. I’ve only just got my deposit back 4 months after leaving after having to go through the adjudication process. AVOID. Let’s see what response this one gets ????????
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I reviewed local agents and decided to go with Kirkland Uddingston office, my decision was proved to be correct, from the beginning the team were great at organising photos and marketing my house. They kept me well informed of viewers and their situation, if the were first time buyer, cash or house to sell. My house was on the market for 1 week and sold, delighted with the service and outcome, I would highly recommend the team.
31st Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We viewed our dream property in July 2025 which was for sale through West Homes, Killearn. After viewing, Roscoe contacted us promptly to find out our opinion of it. We expressed our adoration for the property and from that moment, Roscoe worked his magic made our offer happen! After having our offer accepted, everything moved very quickly and Roscoe came over in the following days to carry out valuation on our current property and organised the media package for photographs to be taken for our advertisement. Roscoe is an expert of the market and provides excellent advise. Our current property became live on the market by the end of the week to which Roscoe and his team Hannah and Felicity worked hard and arranged back-to-back viewings. We accepted an offer which unfortunately fell through a few weeks before completion which put us in a very stressful situation however, Roscoe and his team provided reassurance and at our request put our current property back on the market again - same day and worked endlessly to re-contact previous viewers and new viewers as well as ensuring the sellers of our new property were aware of the situation and assuring them. After what could have been a very stressful few months if it had not been for Roscoe and his team we eventually completed on our sale and purchase in October 2025 and collected our keys which was an extremely happy day! Roscoe even gave us a bottle of prosecco on collection which was a lovely touch. Throughout the process Roscoe and his team provided a very personal and professional service. We would not hesitate in using this estate agents again and would highly recommend them for those who would like an outstanding and professional experience.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!

15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional experience with agent Alan Shields. We had a viewing booked for the 8th, but the agent, Alan Shields, moved it to the 13th because he was on holiday. We accepted this without any issue. On the 13th he informed us that he was travelling to Aberdeen and would contact us later that day to arrange a new viewing time. He never contacted us — we waited the entire day. Later we found out that the flat was already marked as under offer. At no point did he inform us that the property status had changed, even though he knew we were waiting for the rescheduled viewing. On the 14th, around lunchtime, I sent him a message asking for an update. He replied that he would call me “soon”, but he never called at all. We later learned that an offer was made on the 14th. This means we never even had the chance to view the property because the agent failed to keep his commitments and completely failed to communicate. He doesn’t even know how much we would have offered — because he never gave us the opportunity to view the flat or express our interest properly. I can’t believe how some adults behave like children—ignoring responsibilities, making excuses, and causing unnecessary problems. It’s frustrating to see such immaturity and lack of professionalism from someone who should know better. We rearranged our schedules twice and were genuinely interested in the property, but we were never given the opportunity to make an offer. This behaviour is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the agency. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)It was a pleasure working with Gavin and Lisa when selling our house. From start to finish Gavin was friendly, approachable and very professional. There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.

Within the last year, Judith, Emma and Cara successfully helped me sell two houses - my own and then my Mother’s. I fully trusted in them and was not disappointed in any way.
