She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. Very happy we decided to appoint Batchelor's as our estate agents!

Their approach was refreshingly honest and transparent, with no pressure, just clear, genuine advice backed by strong local knowledge. It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. I would happily recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential for selling your property.

Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
