I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

I would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be giving him a call for any further house sales or purchases we might make
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend The Property Centre when buying or selling a property. The process was made smoother by all the staff I dealt with. I could always speak to someone very quickly when I needed to and they pushed things along when needed.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

My house sold within days, which was fantastic, and the fees were very reasonable. The team kept me informed at every stage and made the process straightforward and stress free. Highly recommended.

It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. 21st Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The property we let is managed by Martin and Co. Whenever we have an issue, the maintenance team are quick to sort it, usually within 24 hours. We had a problem with our power this morning and they had an electrician around in just a few hours from when I reported the issue. This team is efficient and kind! Highly recommend

They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

The marketing process was quick and straightforward, generating plenty of suitable interest. The tenancy agreement and overall set-up were handled smoothly and stress-free. Selena has always been readily available to work alongside us and the tenants whenever maintenance has been required, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently. Communication with the team has been outstanding, which has made our partnership both easy and successful. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
