5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Appalling handling of tenancy deposit — avoid We vacated our property at Masters Court, Harrow on 30 January 2026 in good condition, and over a month later we have still not received our deposit back. The handling of this entire process by Connells has been deeply disappointing. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to call numerous times, we have received nothing but vague responses saying they are "still liaising with the former landlord." No clear timeline, no transparency, and no accountability. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and no direct contact number has been provided despite requests. The items flagged in the checkout report are standard fair wear and tear under TDS guidelines — minor wall marks, limescale build-up typical of Harrow's hard water, None of these justify withholding our deposit. To make matters worse, wife is 24 weeks pregnant, and the unnecessary financial stress caused by this prolonged delay has had a real impact on her mental health and wellbeing. This is completely unacceptable. We have now raised a formal dispute through the tenancy deposit scheme, which should never have been necessary. We have never experienced such poor deposit handling with any previous letting agency. If you are a prospective tenant — be warned. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We felt we had made the right choice as soon as we met Laura and Tara for the first time, and we weren't wrong - would thoroughly recommend them. Superb!

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies in Uxbridge. If you are considering renting from them, don't! They will sell you lies until the moment you sign the agreement, after that they stop responding to emails or requests for help. The property was let to me with a long list of issues; broken window, filthy carpets and mould throughout the property. Despite repeatedly reporting these, nothing was ever done. Every complaint was ignored. To make matters worse, they then deducted from my deposit to supposedly cover the cost of the repairs and cleaning that was already present when I moved in. From the manager David to the property manager Gabriel, the staff are unprofessional, incompetent and completely insensitive to tenants. At one point they even tried to bribe me to remove my review. They are like scammers, save yourself the stress, time and money. Avoid this agency and rent somewhere else.

Ronit, with his calm and patient nature has helped me through the whole letting process including references and contracts. Please go with them for your next home! Must recommended

From valuation to exchange they have maintained communication and helped ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Alfie, who undertook viewings, managed to secure me several offers, of which one was accepted within 10 days of my property being marketed for sale. Selling a house can be extremely stressful but the team at Coppers manage the process so professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.- 24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)In 2019, I purchased a flat through this agency and the service was amazing professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive. That positive experience is the reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process. Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. It’s very disappointing to see such a drastic decline in service compared to my previous experience

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
