From start to finish, he was incredibly proactive, communicative, and always available to answer my questions or check in on how things were progressing.<br><br>Jason went above and beyond at every step - he was patient and knowledgeable during viewings, gave brilliant recommendations for a solicitor, and even facilitated document handovers from his office to keep things moving. Most importantly, his integrity and strong professional ethics really shone through: he shielded us from competing buyers once our offer was accepted, completely preventing any risk of gazumping.<br><br>Thanks to his dedication and hard work, the entire process was seamless and remarkably fast, taking us from offer accepted to completion in just two months. 23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.
2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Stamfords were excellent when we were looking at a property they had listed for sale. Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

No matter who you speak to, everyone is always friendly, professional and more than willing to help.<br><br>A special thank you to Terence Price, Matthew Williams, James Bowditch and Veronica Brown, who have all been absolutely amazing. Any questions or queries we have had have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>From finding a tenant to carrying out all the relevant checks and handling everything on our behalf, the service has been seamless and incredibly reassuring. Even when speaking to someone who is not directly dealing with our property, they are always extremely helpful and willing to assist.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and would highly recommend Coopers. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Kearns Residential Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip, and Maray was our estate agent throughout the whole journey.<br><br>As anyone who has bought a house will know, the process can be stressful, with unexpected delays and plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Maray was there for us from the very beginning until the day we received our keys — and even continued to help us after we had moved in.<br><br>She was always just a text away and was excellent at keeping in touch, regularly following up with us as the buyers, the sellers and the other parties involved. Whenever there was a delay or we needed an update, she would chase things up and do her best to keep everything moving.<br><br>Having Maray there throughout the process made the whole experience much easier and far less stressful. Our purchase was successfully completed, and we really appreciate all the support and effort she put in.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy a property and want an estate agent who is responsive, supportive and genuinely stays involved from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Maray. ????????????
