13th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.

Importantly, they listened to what we told them about the property and incorporated that very well into their marketing. They were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the sales process, both proactive and reactive, as well as patient, keeping us fully informed all the time. Our sale wasn't straightforward but, despite that, it was very well managed by Tony and his able team. I would certainly recommend GG and use them again without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and knows the property she is showing inside out! Chanel is also very patient with the numerous calls she has had to deal with from us.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency during my attempted purchase of Wightman Road has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I submitted a revised offer of £450,000 subject to several specific matters being regularised, including lease and title issues. Although I was later informed that the seller had agreed to the price, I never received written confirmation that all of the conditions attached to my offer had been accepted, nor was an updated Memorandum of Sale issued.<br><br>Over several weeks, I repeatedly requested updates and clarification by email and WhatsApp, but many of my enquiries went unanswered. The prolonged lack of communication and absence of formal documentation ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the transaction.<br><br>I formally withdrew from the purchase on 2 June 2026 and requested the return of my holding deposit. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive response to my formal complaint and no confirmation of when my deposit will be returned.<br><br>Property transactions can be complicated, and deals do fall through. However, clear communication, timely responses and transparency should be the minimum standard that buyers can expect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
