He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, and when we finally found the right place he stayed on top of everything and walked us through all the bits that usually get confusing. Replied quickly whenever we had questions and never left us chasing. Really grateful for how smooth he made it, thanks Akshat!
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, they’ve always been responsive and quick to get back to me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.

From the very beginning, he has been extremely professional, organised, helpful and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>George was always so quick to arrange viewings for us and was consistently easy to reach whenever we had any questions or needed advice. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated how responsive, patient and accommodating he was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Finding the right property can be stressful, but having someone as reliable and knowledgeable as George made the experience so much easier for us. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

They are pro-active, good communicators, highly organised, and diplomatic - and when necessary will fight your corner. It felt like we were in the hands of friends who knew exactly what they were doing. So glad we chose an agency so rooted in the area.
