13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

Any concerns raised are addressed promptly, giving us confidence that issues are taken seriously and resolved efficiently.<br><br>The team is consistently accommodating, professional, and polite, making every interaction pleasant and stress-free. Their excellent communication and commitment to customer service are truly appreciated.
13th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.
29th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)From our first meeting with Branch Manager, Tony Brick, we knew we were in good hands with Gibbs Gillespie. Importantly, they listened to what we told them about the property and incorporated that very well into their marketing. They were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the sales process, both proactive and reactive, as well as patient, keeping us fully informed all the time. Our sale wasn't straightforward but, despite that, it was very well managed by Tony and his able team. I would certainly recommend GG and use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

15th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

She answered all of the questions I had without hesitation or making me feel silly. I haven't had many good experiences in the past with estate agents but I can truly say Courtney from Foxtons has help restore my trust in them . I couldn't recommend her any higher. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

Hugh you are very approachable and have looked at our situation and our needs. You have stuck to the plan and our Viewings have been top class in comparison to a competitor! Your team Max, Ben And Oliver who have taken time out of their schedules to get to know our home! And wow we are so impressed at the passion and commitment they have in the one thing they need to …. Sell our home! Feedback is on time and without fail. They are suited and booted which tells us that our home is in good hands!
