1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.<br><br>I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.

She has been proactive with updates throughout the process and has done a fantastic job coordinating between us, the buyers, and the solicitors to keep everything moving forward.<br><br>Our case was particularly challenging, as our original buyer pulled out, but Faye remained professional and supportive throughout. She helped us explore alternative options, navigate the setbacks, and ultimately managed to find us a new buyer within a short timeframe.<br><br>The whole process lasted almost a year, so we're especially grateful for Faye's patience, persistence, and dedication in helping us get the sale over the line. It's been a long journey, and having someone as supportive and reliable as Faye in our corner really made a difference. I'd genuinely recommend reaching out to Faye if you're thinking of buying or selling a home!

He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell.
