He found us lovely new tenants within 2 weeks and he sorted all the paperwork ,references etc within days .Would definetly recommend

We felt we had made the right choice as soon as we met Laura and Tara for the first time, and we weren't wrong - would thoroughly recommend them. Superb!

The reps who came on the viewings all did a good job.- 2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Gibbs Gillespie in Pinner were very helpful and supportive from start to finish of what was, at times, a frustrating purchase. The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies in Uxbridge. If you are considering renting from them, don't! They will sell you lies until the moment you sign the agreement, after that they stop responding to emails or requests for help. The property was let to me with a long list of issues; broken window, filthy carpets and mould throughout the property. Despite repeatedly reporting these, nothing was ever done. Every complaint was ignored. To make matters worse, they then deducted from my deposit to supposedly cover the cost of the repairs and cleaning that was already present when I moved in. From the manager David to the property manager Gabriel, the staff are unprofessional, incompetent and completely insensitive to tenants. At one point they even tried to bribe me to remove my review. They are like scammers, save yourself the stress, time and money. Avoid this agency and rent somewhere else.

20th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Maple Estate Agents. This has been one of the worst services I have ever received from an estate agency. Communication has been very poor and my formal complaint regarding issues at the property has been completely ignored despite multiple emails. I was left to deal with an unresolved electricity dispute directly with the landlord and received no support from the agency, even though the tenancy was arranged through them. Professional assistance and proper guidance were expected but unfortunately not provided. Overall, the lack of response, accountability, and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Maple Estate Agents based on my experience.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!- 24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)In 2019, I purchased a flat through this agency and the service was amazing professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive. That positive experience is the reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process. Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. It’s very disappointing to see such a drastic decline in service compared to my previous experience

Dipesh and the team managed to secure a tenant within a couple of weeks of going live on the market. Shivani was excellent.. efficient and professional keeping me updated all the way and managed all the essential paperwork. She ensured a stress free process until the end. If you're looking for an agent who delivers fast, reliable and super friendly staff look no further .. Coopers is the one.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
