Her knowledge and contacts locally were incredibly valuable throughout the entire process. I would 100% use Simon Blyth Estate Agents again when coming to move house.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Snowgate's owner Max was really helpful when he came round to value the house - never pushy, just understanding and clear about explaining the process. We liaised mostly with Snowgate's excellent rep Annabel. She's been absolutely brilliant - offering to do viewings at the weekend for us and keeping us in the loop with all the feedback. We had three couples interested in buying our house and she liaised with each of them on our behalf - so that we didn't need to have those 'awkward' conversations. I felt confident that she would be sensitive with them as I was aware that the couples we turned down would be very disappointed. We are into the actual buying/selling process now and I feel reassured that Snowgate will 'hold our hands' throughout.

6th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)They took me on as a client knowing full well they were going to close the business, I am so disappointed that for 3 weeks my property wasn’t marketed properly.. I believe this has harmed the sale ????????

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.

Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. It provided me with comfort and a valuation I was very happy with. Summer was particularly superb at managing the sale process. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the finer details, while also efficiently keeping the solicitors on track. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.
18th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Grace Wharton looked after us and she was polite, professional and efficient from the very start. She proactively kept us up to date with viewings, feedback and sales updates from the solicitor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Its a waiting game now, depending how efficient the professional bodies involved Conduct their business.

A special shout out to Micheal their mortgage advisor who works in house a few days a week. He worked specifically hard to get us a good deal and was very thorough. If we were to sell again I would use Ryder and Dutton.

The whole process of applying for a property is straightforward, open and highly professional and far better than I have experienced with other Lettings agents in Huddersfield. The team where quick to respond when needed, no hidden fees, all information is given up front and they really care about their tennants. Support during the tenancy when needed has been quick, easy and communication is excellent.

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.
