He was always available whenever I had a question, no matter how big or small, and made what is often described as one of the most stressful times in life feel so much easier.<br><br>Brenda and Hope at the Mirfield branch were also absolutely lovely and helped us with so much along the way. The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>I will definitely be recommending Snowgate to all my family and friends. 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Rental service<br>The inventory service was unorganized and the staff lacked knowledge of meter readings and codes. Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided."<br>I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address.<br>Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. Before take any rental property they will ask to sign and give money without the documents and proper check.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Lancasters continue to disappoint me. They don't respond to emails, and give fake promises over the phone. I have been nothing but patient and polite. But it's beyond ridiculous how they have treated me with such disregard as a tenant.<br><br>I made a report 6 months ago and absolutely has been done.<br>There are issues with damp and black mold, blocked plumbing, freezing draughts, leaking roof. Most of which has been reported as far back as 2024.<br><br>When I moved into the property they said it would be deep cleaned. It wasn’t. It took a full day of cleaning before moving our belongings because it was absolutely filthy.<br><br>After a few months I noticed many poorly done fixes to make the house appear rentable. Alot of things had just been left broken or unusable even though there was plenty of time for it to be fixed beforehand.<br><br>I'm extremely disappointed in Lancasters lack of service and professionalism.

Whether it was over the phone, by email, or popping into the office during the purchase, everyone was always fantastic and incredibly helpful. She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

11th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.

I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. From start to finish, she was incredibly efficient, always on the ball, and kept everything running smoothly.<br><br>She made the whole process simple and stress-free, taking the worry out of selling my house. It's been a long (ongoing for 2 years) and very difficult process but the whole team have been utterly amazing. Mel especially deserves a mention as she has been an absolute rock throughout the ordeal. She was extremely proactive in dealing with all the parties involved, knew exactly what needed doing every step of the way and was a consumate professional. Her sense of humour and ability to remain optimistic kept me sane. Honestly, I cannot thank or recommend these guys enough.<br>*******<br><br>Mel and Holly have been absolutely brilliant during our house purchase, can't fault a single thing! The whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. We always felt informed and reassured, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their marketing of our property was first class, with fantastic photographs and great exposure that really helped generate interest. What really stood out was the personal approach. Danielle answered every question with patience, guided us through each step, and genuinely made the whole experience feel less overwhelming.<br><br>What stood out most was that her help didn’t stop once the sale completed. She continued to go the extra mile, chasing up our onward purchase and offering advice whenever we needed it. That support made a real difference to us.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend Danielle without hesitation. Although we hope it’ll be a long time before we move again, we wouldn’t think twice about using her services in the future or recommending her to others.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)If I could give this estate agents a -0 STAR I would. ABSOLUTE JOKE and TRASH of a company, Terrible communication and customer service. No correspondence and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Wasted 20 weeks of my time Didn’t even sell my home within the agreement time. Many times calling them and they would just let the phone ring, if you left a message they never call back or they tell you someone has booked to view your property when they didn’t. Don’t know how they’re even still open as an estate agents. DO NOT go with this estate agents YOU’LL REGRET IT as your house will be still on the market for years. Plenty of better estate agents out there save yourself the trouble and hassle.
