7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Despite how long the chain took to resovle for my sale and purchase, Summer and the rest of the team at Simon Blyth were on top of things and kept chasing to make sure everything went smoothly and the chain didn't break. Would highly recommend
18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Lancasters continue to disappoint me. They don't respond to emails, and give fake promises over the phone. I have been nothing but patient and polite. But it's beyond ridiculous how they have treated me with such disregard as a tenant.<br><br>I made a report 6 months ago and absolutely has been done.<br>There are issues with damp and black mold, blocked plumbing, freezing draughts, leaking roof. Most of which has been reported as far back as 2024.<br><br>When I moved into the property they said it would be deep cleaned. It wasn’t. It took a full day of cleaning before moving our belongings because it was absolutely filthy.<br><br>After a few months I noticed many poorly done fixes to make the house appear rentable. Alot of things had just been left broken or unusable even though there was plenty of time for it to be fixed beforehand.<br><br>I'm extremely disappointed in Lancasters lack of service and professionalism.

Whether it was over the phone, by email, or popping into the office during the purchase, everyone was always fantastic and incredibly helpful. Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. We would definitely look to use in future should we ever move again.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)From the first conversation, Claire was friendly, empathetic and completely solution orientated, and her communication was spot on throughout. Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)If I could give this estate agents a -0 STAR I would. ABSOLUTE JOKE and TRASH of a company, Terrible communication and customer service. No correspondence and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Wasted 20 weeks of my time Didn’t even sell my home within the agreement time. Many times calling them and they would just let the phone ring, if you left a message they never call back or they tell you someone has booked to view your property when they didn’t. Don’t know how they’re even still open as an estate agents. DO NOT go with this estate agents YOU’LL REGRET IT as your house will be still on the market for years. Plenty of better estate agents out there save yourself the trouble and hassle.
