24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

When I was setting up my small home baking business, they were supportive and made the process straightforward, which I really appreciated. A genuinely helpful and approachable team — I would highly recommend them.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Bad valuation for what was clearly well known to be a area where prices had gone down. Photography and other listings weren't as professional as I would have liked, and I feel I could have done a lot of it myself.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.- 10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Roger at Frost and the rest of the team. Roger was the estate agent for the house we were buying and was incredibly responsive, helpful and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.

Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. I made multiple viewing requests, and they arranged everything promptly without any hesitation. Mark was always available to answer my questions, offered great advice, and even went the extra mile by following up with the vendor to ensure everything went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with such dedicated professionals. I also want to acknowledge Esther and Nabeel for their support during this journey. A big thank you to the entire team! One small suggestion: during the key handover, it would be wonderful to have a small booth or setup for photos perhaps with flowers, sweets to make the moment even more memorable. Buying a home is a special milestone, and adding a celebratory touch would create lasting memories. Overall, highly recommended!

The team (Mark and Jonathan) there are approachable, knowledgeable and always contactable. The Wilson Heal team did not add any stress or complications to the process and were amenable to my buyers requirements. They were very good at communicating with all parties throughout the process and no doubt were a big part of the reason that it all went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Wilson Heal to anyone looking to sell their property, a great business.

Jekaterina especially was incredibly on-the-ball and always quick to get back to me on all of my many queries as a first time renter. Jekaterina also helped me to negotiate with the landlord for a fixture to be added to the flat before my move-in date. It was very nice to have a team of qualified letting agents in your corner during the whole process.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Despite my needing to view the property outside of his working hours, travelling for work, and being unable to collect the keys myself, Dev went out of his way to make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. He found solutions at every step and consistently went above and beyond throughout the leasing process. The entire experience was smooth, and Dev was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Thank you!
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
