6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Wainwrights let out our property for around three years, they sorted out everything from start to finish and we felt we could trust them through out the entire time. Sonya looked after our account and provided a superb and friendly service, taking care of every aspect of property rental for us. We had several things that required fixing during the rental period and Wainwrights dealt with these causing us no problems what so ever, this really is the type of company that knows the property business and we couldn't be happier. Thank you.
17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We just recently purchased a house through Hamilton Smith, we dealt with Andrew and James. We could not fault the service, from start to finish they were brilliant. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I made a mistake of using Belhus for my property in the UK when I moved to the US. I'm 4 months in, still don't know when I'm supposed to be paid each month (there was some work I had to pay out for the first couple of months, so they cancelled out the rent). I emailed 6 weeks ago to confirm the date and amount, chased 2 times too and still haven't managed to get a response. I wish I had sold the property, because dealing with Pauline on the sale side was great - she was very, very helpful and responsive. Hopefully, i'll be back to update/delete this review in a few months time - but as of now, i'm not impressed.

4th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Re Sale of 10 Pownall Road, Ipswich, IP3 0DS Dear Kate and Sarah, We felt we must write to commend both Sarah Kershaw, your Senior Negotiator and Riverdale Estates. We were leaseholders of the rental apartment above, our sale completed in January last month. From our first meeting, we knew that Sarah was the person for us. Unlike our two previous agents that were happy to accept our rose-tinted view of what our property might be worth, Sarah arrived armed with facts, clearly showing prices similar flats in the block had achieved, Sarah advised that if we were serious sellers, that was the price area we should be using. It was a sobering thought but we considered matters over a weekend and decided that was very sensible. Our tenants left a few months later and, then free to carry out a detailed inspection, we realised that to attract a buyer in a slow market and with so very many flats for sale in Ipswich, we would need to spend time and money on refurbishment to make our property stand out. There followed weeks of cleaning, a kitchen makeover, re-carpeting and re-decorating throughout. Sarah came back, helped re-arrange the furniture to best effect and took a fresh set of photographs both internally and externally. Her photographs were stunning and the detailed write-up excellent. Within a relatively short time a first-time buyer was found, but Sarah's input didn't stop there. Over the coming months we came to realise just how very important having a good agent is; Sarah's involvement bridged across both sets of solicitors, our buyer and ourselves. Throughout a protracted and often frustrating conveyancing process, it was only Sarah who kept us informed and our nervous first-time buyer on-board. Without her, we have no doubt that the sale would have fallen apart. So thank you Sarah, you were a pleasure to work with. You went the extra mile to get the sale and proved thoroughly professional throughout. It's people like you who help a business stand out from the crowd. Kind regards, John & Diana Beales

Our move was complicated by collapsing chains and erratic behaviour from some of the parties involved - I am so glad we used Rock Estates as they helped us navigate all the problems we faced Thank you
