12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Williamson &co. I tried to sell my house with them from July until December with no success. I found communication was really poor, sometimes viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. If I called to find out what was happening my calls were rarely returned and I found I needed to repeat myself often as staff did not relay messages to each other. I was continuously asked about whether I would consider renting the property if it doesn't sell even though I explained this would not work for me. Once I changed to a different agent my house sold within 3 weeks for the price I wanted and I have now completed. I feel that Williamson and co being unresponsive could have lost the interest of potential buyers.

27th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)On the letting side I never use again, unprofessional and constantly make mistakes…. The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best

What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. Her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set her apart was the genuine care and understanding she showed throughout what can be a stressful process. 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)The girls at Whitegates Newark are amazing! I had just moved up for work and was scrambling to find a place. I sent enquiries to a few estate agents, and Julie got back to me straight away over the phone. She wasted no time arranging viewings for great properties that were exactly within my budget. While other agents were sending irrelevant questions over email with no real sense of urgency, Julie was proactive and genuinely helpful. She found me my apartment on the very first day! After that, Alex took over and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole application process, both over the phone and via email. The communication was clear and reassuring from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more — thank you both for making what could have been a stressful move feel so welcoming :)
19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)If I could give 6 stars I would. From the first enquiry phone call to picking the keys Donna was a superstar. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent and as for the landlord aswell she is great. Donna took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it moved through swiftly. I would definitely recommend Donna at lovelles she is fantastic.
24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!

We needed good communication as we were selling from abroad and from start to finish the PGM team were polite, efficient and effective. Thankyou guys. Can't recommend highly enough. Will use again.
