The photos and brochure were done quickly and professionally, and once I approved it, the listing was live within 30 minutes. We had multiple offers within hours! Everyone has been friendly, proactive, and easy to deal with. Communication has been spot on the whole way through. They’ve made the process smooth and stress-free — couldn’t have asked for more.
13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I can't thank KW Estates enough for the superb service they provided when selling my father's house. It was a difficult sale, and a quite e few issues cropped up during the process. When things cropped up, the response from Andy and Caz was always fantastic. They made sure that things were dealt with quickly and professionally. They kept their fingers on the pulse, and made sure that we were always well informed. When anyone in the process was dragging their feet, Andy or Caz intervened immediately and got things moving again. The friendliness and professionalism that they showed was terrific, and they made us feel that we were friends as well as clients. We know for certain that no other estate agent would have done so much for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly, and would use them again in an instant.

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now. 10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
