They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Simon and the team were extremely helpful at every opportunity and assisted us throughout a tricky sale to achieve the best possible outcome. Simon took time to be thorough and detailed in every area, always a phone call away and also made every effort to fully understand what we were looking for in an onward purchase. We will be using Walker Smale without hesitation whenever we next need to buy or sell.

21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Townends do not use Rightmove which is generally the go to site for people searching property. They insisted on doing bulk viewings on a weekend after being advised, and being aware themselves of the street parking issues. Communication was quite poor, I didn't expect weekly updates but I had to ask for progress and what strategy was in place to push the property which they couldn't answer. They advised and set the asking price but constantly told me that I was asking too much and should reduce!
