Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.- 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Headingley Branch managed to sell my property in Leeds city centre when others had failed. It felt like we were being treat like criminals and we had to prove our innocence. Apart from that, it would be 5 stars.

Due to expecting our first child, we were in a rush to get things done and Karen made the process so much better for us. Excellent communication throughout and was always able to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Northwood to anyone, and if you get the pleasure of having Karen, then be sure that the process will be smooth !

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot stress enough how horrible this branch is. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any time a concern or question is raised, instead of being helpful, you are met with attitude, excuses, and condescending responses. It’s like they actively enjoy making tenants feel frustrated and powerless.<br><br>From start to finish, this branch shows zero respect or care for the people renting through them. They consistently ignore evidence, refuse to acknowledge mistakes, and seem to think that being unpleasant is an acceptable way to handle complaints. I’ve never experienced such a shocking level of arrogance and unhelpfulness from a lettings office.<br><br>Dealing with this branch is a waste of time, money, and energy. They have no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for tenants. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch entirely, there are plenty of other agencies that actually treat people like human beings.
