They helped me sell my property quickly and efficiently with effective marketing and an open house within 2 weeks! Tom the mortgage advisor also helped me with my mortgage on my onward purchase and secured me a deal that wasn’t available elsewhere. Great team great service, worth every penny - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

1st Jul 2022 (3 years ago)Fantastic and professional team! They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
