17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Far to many properties for sale, the agents knew nothing about our property how can you sell a something you know nothing about. They didn't manage to sell our property which wouldn't have been their fault, but you might be better just hosting your property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money

This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

15th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)We chose John Pallister's because they are a local and well respected Estate agent, with great, in depth knowledge of the local property market. We had a piece of land for sale locally, and the sale turned into a long, protracted and complicated sale (15 months). Through the many twists and turns, Richard and his staff advised us, and kept us informed and always returned communications quickly right up to the completion of the sale. Great customer service. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this estate agency.
27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Been meaning to share a review for a while. We moved Nov 25. For such a long time I believed Ben Rose were the estate agent to use due to quality of photos and because of the number of boards you see everywhere. How wrong was I?! Photographer I still believe is excellent. But basically your photos are what sell your house. The staff arent salespeople they are just admin staff with too much on their plate. Service improved after we sold when it became an admin task but selling was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. Every phonecall felt like an inconvenience. They've no spare staff to present your property for you most of the time. Unfortunately I feel like we'd have been better off with purple bricks or an independent estate agent. Won't be moving again hopefully but this is just my honest opinion and experience. Might help others choose estate agents more wisely. Cant speak for the other branches of course, staff from Leyland seemed lovely but we were in the wrong postcode sadly

Tom has a lot of knowledge and experience. The property went live and within 3 days we had an offer on the house. We had a smooth transition from start to finish. Once again thank you all for your help it is very much appreciated.
