Both Mark and Russell were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Their commitment made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I called to book-in an evaluation, and was calling many estate agents. You wanted to complete a form, which I understand, but then you said, 'Well, I can't go ahead without your address.' I hung up. Don't let your process drive your customer interaction, because you have lost the opportunity sell a large house. *** Updated Based on the Reply Below *** No other estate agent asked me for that 'essential information'.

17th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Be very careful buying a property through these sharks. They took us right up to exchange and then the seller suddenly demanded £10,000 more for the property or he would pull out. We refused to be bullied like this, so ended up losing a large amount of money as a result of wasted searches and solicitor’s fees. We had the searches done promptly and did everything in our power to proceed with the sale in a timely manner, and they still treated us in an absolutely disgusting way and acted with zero integrity. Hillier and Wilson fully sided with the seller and fully supported him in attempting to rip us off, they didn’t even offer us an apology.
15th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We cannot rate Waymark highly enough for their complete professional service throughout the whole selling process.The pictures were outstanding and Yas really captured each selling point of our house, showing it for the family home that it truly was, so much so that our house sold within the first few weeks. Viewings were a breeze and the communication was superb. Yas was on hand at all times and made the process seamless for us, despite there being some struggles along the way which were out of our hands. She is an exceptional estate agent who has thorough knowledge of the market and is an absolute joy to work with. If you are thinking of selling your property then these are the guys to go to!
