Their staff all go the extra mile to ensure that the experience of selling a house is simple and not stressful.<br>Their staff company keeps you fully updated on any viewings and feedback.<br>They seem really invested in you as well as your house they are selling which is a really nice touch.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!
8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alyssia Norman, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism as a Sales Negotiator was really impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

They took the time to offer support, answer my questions, and treated me with genuine care, even though I wasn't one of their tenants.<br><br>It's rare to come across such compassion and willingness to help with no expectation of anything in return. Their kindness was truly appreciated and made a difficult situation far easier.If you're looking to rent in Bath I couldnt recommend them more based on the excellent customer service and genuine care they showed me.

Highly recommended- 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Rosa done a property viewing for me and my partner yesterday as soon as we arrived at the property myself and my partner felt very welcome by Rosa who introduced herself to us and shook our hand.<br><br>Rosa then took us to the property and showed us around the property and answered our question that we asked.<br><br>Rosa did not rush us and allowed us to take our time to look around the property.<br><br>Rosa also made a phone call for us during the property viewing to book an appointment for us<br><br>At the end of the property viewing Rosa shook are hands again and said it was nice to meet us both<br><br>Myself and my partner feel Rosa was very professional I'm very helpful and was there to answer any questions we had and did not rush us throughout the viewing
21st Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very quick to try to sign you up, but very slow to do anything once your house is on the market. I had a small amount of viewings and ended up withdrawing my house from the market.
2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Purchased our house 6 years ago from them and then decided that sell through them at the beginning of the year and it was the best this we did. Weekly updates and helped push the sale towards the end keeping in contact with the solicitor. Compared to other companies in the area Grayson Florence go above and beyond. We went from putting our house on the market to being in our new house in just under 4 months.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Public Review – Strakers Trowbridge / Pickers Palmers Farm<br><br>I wish to record my extremely disappointing and shocking experience with Strakers Trowbridge regarding a property at Pickers Palmers Farm, Capps Lane, Heywood.<br><br>I live in Kent and am in the process of moving to the area. As I was unable to attend an initial viewing myself, I asked my sister to view the property on my behalf. Following her viewing, I decided to make an offer.<br><br>On Friday 7 August 2026, I offered the full asking price. I heard nothing back and, after chasing Strakers on Monday 10 August, I was advised by Chris that my offer was acceptable. I was also advised that I should perhaps travel to Wiltshire myself to view the property.<br><br>Taking this advice seriously, I travelled more than 250 miles to attend the viewing.<br><br>When we arrived, the developer met us and showed us around the property. However, during the visit it became apparent that the property I had made the offer on had already been sold. Instead, the developer was attempting to sell us another property.<br><br>What is particularly upsetting is that neither the developer nor the Strakers representative who was present made this clear to me before I travelled such a considerable distance. The Strakers representative was there and appeared to be fully aware of the situation.<br><br>I find the lack of transparency and communication extremely disappointing. If the property had already been sold, why was I not told before travelling over 250 miles? Why was I left believing that my offer was acceptable when, apparently, the property was no longer available?<br><br>I feel that my time, money and genuine interest in the property were not respected. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely let down and misled.<br><br>I would strongly question the level of communication and transparency demonstrated by both Strakers Trowbridge and the developer in this situation. This was an incredibly frustrating and unnecessary experience, and one I would not expect from a professional estate agent.<br><br>Absolutely shocking treatment from both Strakers and the developer and doesn't even deserve the 1 star, shame on you!
